Stack ranking prioritization: Let's prioritize the development of our features from 1 to 20.
It requires difficult choices based on game requirements, players' expectations, dependencies and dev effort.
As we already grouped our features in [MUST HAVE / SHOULD HAVE / COULD HAVE],
we will prioritize the features within each category.
All [MUST HAVE] features are currently Priority 1. Please prioritize them from 1 to 5.

So, here is our Feature List fully prioritized from 1 to 20.
To build a Capacity Plan and a GANTT Chart, we now need to build a schedule and to review the work assignation,
taking into account the availability and capacity of each developer, and the order of development of our features.
GANTT Chart definition: tool that illustrates work completed over a period of time in relation to the time planned for the work.
A Gantt chart can include the start and end dates of tasks, milestones, dependencies between tasks, assignees, and more. The work is visually represented by bars in a timeline.
Work assignation is a team exercise. Assessing, matching and balancing:
Each team member needs to feel comfortable with the plan.

Thanks to our WBS and priorities, we now have a clear understanding of the order of development of each feature.
We can now build a production plan or Gantt Chart.
As we go through the exercise, we will have to iterate on the work assignation to balance the workload and ensure on time delivery.
K6 gathered the team to build a draft schedule and to revisit the work assignation.
